The Play

"The Play" is the first in a series in miniature of extracts from Australian poet C. J. Dennis whose works describe, in Australian vernacular, aspect of the working man's life in the period of WWI. It was printed on Opaque 118 gsm paper in Garamond type face using an Asbern flatbed press. The frontispiece illustration is by local artist Claire Murray. The edition is finely bound in the French Simplified style in either full leather or half leather, with paper covered boards; and housed in either a drop-sided box or folded card slipcase. Choices of colors are offered. Also available are bindings in a full leather "Crossover" style. 55 pages 2 5/8" x 2". Edition limited to 200 copies and 15 presentation copies
